Description
Intended Use
The Beckman Coulter 81019 reagent is intended for use in the COULTER LH series hematology systems as a component of the LH Series Pak Reagent Kit, to perform erythrocyte lysis and leukocyte stabilization in preparation for 5-part white blood cell (WBC) differential counting.
This reagent is used in vitro on whole blood samples to lyse red blood cells while preserving leukocyte morphology for accurate differential analysis.
