Items can be returned after contacting our customer support and receiving a return slip. All applicable returns are entitled to 100% money back guaranty as long they are shipped back within 14 days of purchase. Rx items or such that require cooling cannot be returned.

Orders are being processed the day they are received. Delivery takes place 2-4 business days. Automatics updates including tracking number will be emailed to you once order status is changed.
