Reagent Diluent is intended for making working dilutions of both biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-AP (alkaline phosphatase) concentrated conjuagates. The diluent is formulated to maintain the stability of detection antibody and enzymatic activity of streptavidin-AP.
